• Payment. Wise, Payoneer, and direct SWIFT transfers all work. Most people set up Wise in an afternoon. USD lands, converts to INR at market rate, and the money is spendable within a few days. GST and income tax obligations are the individual's; a chartered accountant can walk you through the freelance income category on your first return.
• Time zone. The work is asynchronous. There is no requirement to align with US or European business hours.
