• Payment. Wise, Payoneer, and direct bank transfers all work. USD lands and can be converted to PHP at market rates. Tax obligations are the individual's; a local accountant can walk you through the freelance category on your first return.
• Time zone. The work is asynchronous. Time-zone alignment is not required.

What labs actually look for
