Our team is engaging Legal Specialists to contribute their domain expertise to a high-impact customer project focused on advancing AI capabilities. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This engagement centers on sharing original, expert-authored legal documents — such as memos, case analyses, contracts, and policy papers — to support the development of nuanced, responsible AI agents. Materials must be rich in technical detail, well-structured, and include multimodal elements like tables, figures, or charts, illustrating genuine human insight and legal acumen.
Scope of Work
• Provide high-quality, professionally structured legal documents authored in your field, including PDFs or Word documents with textual analysis, tables, charts, or diagrams.
• Ensure all shared materials are original and not sourced from the internet or generated synthetically.
• Demonstrate deep legal analysis, issue spotting, and technical depth through your submissions.
• Contribute a mix of document types and lengths, ideally ranging from 10 to 100 pages, reflecting real-world legal work.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and awareness of privilege in all materials and communications.
• Participate in feedback cycles as needed to clarify content or enhance document utility for AI model training.
• Communicate effectively with written and verbal updates, providing context or explanation where required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Practising lawyer, legal researcher, compliance consultant, or legal professional with hands-on experience in document drafting and legal analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in producing high-quality legal documents, such as memos, case briefs, contracts, or policy analyses.
• Strong legal writing, with proven ability to articulate complex legal concepts accurately and clearly.
• Experience incorporating tables, diagrams, or other modalities into legal documents.
• Keen awareness of confidentiality obligations, privilege, and data privacy in legal practice and document sharing.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication for project-related correspondence.
• Background in compliance, policy, or specific legal domains (e.g., intellectual property, regulatory, corporate) is an asset.
