Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities: - Review and annotate diverse medical data sets, including histopathology images, laboratory results, and clinical notes. - Evaluate and identify diagnostic patterns to guide data labeling and enrichment efforts. - Collaborate with AI developers and data scientists to impart clinical context and validate system outputs. - Provide detailed, domain-specific feedback to optimize the accuracy and reliability of AI models. - Ensure all information complies with industry standards, best practices, and patient privacy requirements. - Contribute written and verbal insights to cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and learning. - Stay current with advancements in pathology and recommend relevant updates for AI training content. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Board-certified Pathologist with active and valid credentials. - Demonstrated expertise in pathology, including the interpretation of complex specimens. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for conveying insights and collaborating remotely. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency when working with large clinical data sets. - Ability to synthesize clinical information and present findings in an organized, actionable manner. - Familiarity with digital pathology platforms and relevant medical software. - Commitment to data privacy, security, and ethical handling of sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in AI data annotation or clinical informatics. - Research background or publications in pathology-related topics. - Proven ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment.
