Job Title: Chemistry Expert Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote Rate: 20$-50$ per task Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and interpret complex scientific documents, datasets, and research papers related to chemistry. • Develop, review, and refine high-quality questions and answers that challenge and expand AI understanding. • Apply analytical techniques to assess and extract key insights from provided materials. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific rigor and clarity in content. • Interface with documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement. • Provide feedback and domain expertise on model outputs and system performance. • Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and integrity of all chemistry-related data and input. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a closely related field. • 2+ years of professional experience in academia, laboratory, or industry settings. • Proven ability to read, comprehend, and analyze technical documents and research studies. • Excellent English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated experience in data retrieval, computation, and analytical reasoning. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality results. • Strong attention to detail and scientific accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: • Advanced degree (MS, PhD) in Chemistry or related discipline. • Experience in creating educational or assessment materials. • Familiarity with interdisciplinary collaborations (e.g., physics, biology).
