About the role
Time Commitment: 20-30 hours/week, short-term project
Our team is looking for Passport Acceptance Agents to help evaluate and improve AI systems on passport topics. You’ll use your front-counter experience to check that questions sound like real applicants and that answers are correct and useful. Accuracy comes first. No AI experience is needed; your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
• Review sample passport questions and flag any that don’t sound like what real applicants ask.
• Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer on new applications, renewals, and replacements, including forms, fees, and processing options.
• Cover identity and citizenship documents, photo requirements, and applications for minors in your rubrics.
