• Evaluate the performance and integration of eDiscovery, litigation support, compliance, contract, and e-signature solutions within simulated operational environments.
• Review the outputs generated by AI and technology-assisted tools, identifying inaccuracies, unrealistic results, or workflow breakdowns.
• Document insights and feedback clearly, referencing best practices and professional standards from real-world legal operations.
• Highlight user experience challenges, inefficiencies, and potential improvements in technology-assisted legal processes.
• Collaborate with the project team to communicate findings, demonstrate tested workflows, and suggest actionable refinements.
• Stay aligned with compliance and privacy considerations relevant to legal technology use cases.

• Professional background in legal research, litigation support, contracts, or eDiscovery, with hands-on use of technology platforms in daily practice.
• Strong understanding of compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements within legal operations.
• Experience implementing or managing e-signature workflows, contract lifecycle tools, or document automation solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to assess, critique, and improve digital workflows and end-user experiences in legal settings.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment when evaluating outputs and identifying risks or errors.
• Clear written communication skills for reporting observations and recommendations effectively.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools, and experience in AI evaluation projects or workplace integrations is a plus but not required.
