About the role
Time Commitment: 15-25 hours/week, short-term project
Our team is looking for National Park Rangers and visitor services staff to help evaluate and improve AI systems on national park topics. You’ll use your visitor experience to check that questions sound like real park visitors and that answers are correct and useful. Accuracy comes first. No AI experience is needed; your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
• Review sample national park questions and flag any that don’t sound like what real visitors ask.
• Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer on park passes, entrance fees, permits, and reservations.
• Cover park regulations, visitor safety, and trip planning questions in your rubrics.
