About the role
Time Commitment: 20-30 hours/week, short-term project
Our team is looking for former Consular Officers and Passport Specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems on passport and citizenship topics. You’ll use your State Department experience to check that questions sound like real applicants and that answers are correct on complex cases. Accuracy comes first. No AI experience is needed; your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
• Review sample passport and citizenship questions and flag any that don’t sound like what real people ask.
• Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer for complex cases, such as lost, stolen, or damaged passports, name changes, and citizenship documentation.
