About the role
Time Commitment: 10-20 hours/week, short-term project
Our team is looking for Bilingual (Spanish) Benefits Counselors to help evaluate and improve AI systems on government services topics. You’ll use your Spanish fluency and benefits experience to check that questions sound like real Spanish-speaking residents and that answers are correct, clear, and useful. Accuracy comes first. No AI experience is needed; your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
• Review sample questions in Spanish and English and flag any that don’t sound like what real people ask.
• Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer in your area of expertise (Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans, or National Parks).
