No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This is a unique opportunity for experienced air cargo and parcel claims professionals to review and analyze real shipment evidence from anywhere. Typical assignments include examining origin and destination cargo photos, scrutinizing air waybills, and assessing delivery photo disputes. Your responsibilities will also involve drafting clear, well-reasoned custody and liability determinations. Professionals with backgrounds in airline, ground handling, and parcel carrier claims are particularly encouraged to participate. All activities are fully remote, offering maximum flexibility.
