About the role
Our team is engaging Senior Insurance Claims Experts (Liability, Property, Contents) to contribute expertise to a customer project focused on real-world insurance claim scenarios. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Senior insurance professionals will remotely review a variety of complex claims, including disputed-fault auto incidents using video evidence and statements, property and catastrophe damage via aerial imagery, and contents valuation based on photographs. You'll deliver your professional determinations and the reasoning an adjuster would document, leveraging your advanced technical knowledge and communication skills.
