About the role
Our team is seeking current or former military Weapons Systems Operators to contribute to an AI development project focused on military operations, weapons employment, and tactical decision-making. You'll use your firsthand operational experience to evaluate AI-generated military scenarios, identify inaccuracies, and provide expert feedback to improve AI reasoning and reliability.
Scope of Work
• Evaluate AI-generated scenarios involving air defense, missile systems, naval weapons, or tactical aviation.
• Assess operational realism, weapons employment decisions, and mission procedures.
• Review scenarios for accuracy, sound reasoning, and alignment with Rules of Engagement (ROE) and the Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC).
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, technical inaccuracies, or operational errors and provide clear written feedback.
